Nominations and Voting for Board Positions!

We
 are going to be voting on board positions at the meeting. All board positions are open and are a two year commitment. Nominations will be accepted at the meeting or by email to nwafaa.com@gmail.com.

You are welcome to nominate any current member or yourself for any of the following positions.

President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Director (5 positions)

Make sure and register through the website so we can get an accurate count for lunch. As a reminder, we now have a membership fee that covers the meeting lunches and discounted training cost for the fall trainings. Please register to become a member to take benefit of the discounts. If you are bringing a guest, please register them as well.

“The Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Challenge”

  5. BESS Thermal Runaway and Fire Solutions

The primary take-away is to engage with the local AHJ and use the specific BESS manufacturer’s ‘hazard analysis’ as the guiding document.

Presenter

Jon Mandoli

 

Jon is a 30-year life safety industry professional who started as a field technician and progressed to leadership positions with companies such as Xtralis and Convergint Technologies. Currently Business Development Manager for Life Safety Systems at Convergint, Jon leads Convergint’s mission critical team. A licensed electrician since 1994, holding dozens of factory certifications and an accredited NICET Instructor, Jon’s focus is on solving life safety challenges.
